Whatever it is you are struggling with, know that you are not alone.  There is always hope. Hope for positive change, hope to heal, find freedom, and to journey forward with confidence!

I conduct therapy mainly using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on replacing negative thought patterns with healthy ones.  I also employ a variety of other techniques and modalities depending on your situation and needs, including learning to retell your story and reframe painful moments in your life.  I specialize in Christian counseling and am glad to integrate faith and spirituality to the degree you desire.

I’m a pastor and have my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and a Masters in Divinity from Concordia Seminary. For nearly a decade, I have been guiding and counseling people as a pastor and am currently an LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate) in Colorado.  I love the wonderful outdoors of Colorado and have climbed all 58 14ers! I also enjoy singing, reading, playing the piano, deep conversations, traveling, and breweries.

As someone who has gone through counseling myself, I know how difficult it can be to reach out or to believe in change.  Yet I encourage you to take the first step towards counseling today!
